How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open your profile / settings and choose to delete your account (or "delete guest data" if you're playing as a guest). This removes your profile, scans, photos, and any stored locations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Open your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions to manage or cancel.
A scan was identified incorrectly.
Identifications are generated by AI and aren't perfect. You can re-scan, and each animal's range and details come from public biodiversity data.
